If anything you purchase from us proves unsatisfactory within 365 days of purchase, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.
All gardeners know that strong performance depends on soil quality, weather and cultivation methods. Accordingly, we limit our liability in all instances to the purchase price of the seed.
Please Note: Claims for defects must be presented to Grow Yours as soon as practicable, and in any event, within 30 days of discovery.

The liability of Grow Yours for breach of guarantee (warranty), or for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the dissatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price. Grow Yours shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort.
