Refund policy

We're happy to refund unwanted items if returned to us in their original condition and packaging (i.e. unopened and unused) within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Any refund of unwanted items excludes shipping fees paid with your order, as once dispatched this service has been provided in full.

Please note that return shipping of unwanted items is at your expense.

HOW TO RETURN:

To be eligible for a return, your unwanted item/s must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received them.

To complete your return, please email us via hello@growyours.nz with a description of what you'd like to return, and a receipt or order number for proof of purchase.

From there we will confirm we are expecting your item/s, and then you can send via return mail to: PO Box 18-046, Auckland 1743, New Zealand.

Except in the case of a defective product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. If you are shipping an item/s over $50, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s.

REFUNDS:

Once approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Please note that shipping and handling charges paid with your original order are non-refundable when returning unwanted item/s. If you receive a refund, the shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
